Brendan is an Advocate & Solicitor with the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales, with broad expertise spanning corporate law, capital markets, banking & finance, employment, and corporate services.
His practice focuses on high-stakes corporate, financing, and M&A transactions, private equity/venture capital investments, and complex regulatory matters. From acting as Singapore counsel on IPOs and cross-border lending to advising startups and multinational groups on SGX compliance and restructurings, Brendan is a trusted partner for companies navigating growth and transformation. His early leadership and teamwork skills were forged through moot court, corporate law clubs, and athletics.
Brendan applies that same drive to his life outside of work. The discipline, respect, and mental fortitude gained from earning a karate black belt serve him well in intense negotiations. An avid runner currently training for a marathon, he enjoys the challenge of pushing his limits – though he always finds time to pause and support his beloved Liverpool FC.
