• Developers in their sale of various types of property units under construction (whether residential, commercial or industrial).

• Housing developers in their appeals to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regarding extensions for their deadlines to fulfil the conditions of the remission of the Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (for licensed/unlicensed developers).

• Landlords and tenants in tenancy agreements and tenancy disputes.

• Licensors and licensees in licence agreements.

• Landowners in relation to long term sub-leases, tenancy agreements, licence agreements and easements.
