On 30 May 2025, the Monetary Authority of Singapore published its response to feedback received from the Consultation Paper on Proposed Regulatory Approach, Regulations, Notices and Guidelines for the Digital Token Services Providers issued under the Financial Servicesand Markets Act 2022, which specifies the effective date of Part 9 of the Act which regulates Digital Token Service Providers, and outlines their obligations under the Act as implemented through regulations and guidelines.
